Sunshine Village is not responsible for ensuring Canada Post or other courier services estimated delivery dates/timelines/missing shipments. These dates/timelines are standardized internally through couriers and it does not take into consideration the location orders are being shipped from. Due to Sunshine's remote location, shipping and delivery dates/timelines are often longer than indicated. It is the responsibility of the Guest to contact the respective courier if their item is missing or does not arrive when the tracking number provided says otherwise. Pickup Policy

We do offer free pickup in two of our locations: Calgary Snow Central (Calgary, Alberta) and Bourgeau Sports (Base of Banff Sunshine Village Resort). If you choose to pickup, a member of our Ecommerce team will contact you when your order is ready. If you show up prior to being contacted, we cannot guarantee that your order will be ready when you arrive. Sometimes, a pickup is for our Calgary location but the product is in our Resort location. We need time to transport these items to be ready for pickup.

Sunshine Village is not responsible for your decision to pickup your order prior to communication with our Ecommerce team.

How to measure:

To get the right fit, you will want to take a hoodie that fits the way you want your hoodie to fit, lay it flat, and measure across the chest from armpit to armpit. That will be the chest or width measurement. The length of the hoodie is measured from the highest point of the shoulder to the bottom hem of the shirt (HPS).
