Banff Sunshine's Return & Exchange Policy
At Banff Sunshine, we are on a mission to spread Canadian Rocky Mountain Love. It is our goal to turn every guest of Sunshine into a raving fan, which if you're reading this - THANK YOU for liking what we do.
When it comes to your Sunshine Retail purchases, we want you to love it (almost) as much as first tracks off of Standish on a powder day. If not, let us know so we can assist you with an exchange or return. Regular-priced Items that are unused in a new condition (unwashed and with original tags on) will be accepted without question for an exchange or resort credit.
To submit an item for return or exchange please contact us at retailshop@skibanff.com. Once we receive your return request we'll respond directly and provide you with a return/exchange authorization number. While we know, no one likes to wait (especially on a powder day) we kindly ask for your patience as a return may take up to 10 business days for us to process, once approved.
When exchanging, a price variance may be present. On the downhill side, if the item being exchanged is less than your purchased price you will be issued resort credit for the difference. On the uphill side, if the item being exchanged is more expensive you will be contacted to provide additional payment.
* Please note items marked as FINAL SALE are exempt from our return or exchange policy
Online final sale items include, (but are not limited to): Face masks, Hand Sanitizer, Water Bottles, Custom Trail Signs, Lawn Flamingos, and Socks.
How to Exchange or Return
1. Visit "contact us" and fill out the contact form. If you're comfortable, overshare - let us know what's wrong with your purchase item and what you would like to do, ie.) return or exchange. Once we have the details, we'll respond and give you either a return or an exchange authorization number.
2. A complimentary return label will be sent to you. Please package your item to ship and place the return label on the package. Mail us your package.
3. Once received your resort credit or exchange will be processed.
