Stay cozy this winter with our new Banff Sunshine cuffed knit toques from Pukka. These toques are 100% acrylic and feature a 2.8” cuff along with a stitched Sunshine Village logo. Available in one size fits most.

  • All Pukka knit hats should be hand washed in cold water; use a small amount of gentle detergent if necessary. Do not bleach, wring out, or stretch. Gently reshape if needed, then let your knit air dry while flat.

Free shipping on all Canadian orders $100+!  

At this time, Sunshine Village only ships to Canada (except Quebec), the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, Mexico, Europe, Japan, and China. If you reside outside of these areas and wish to place an order, please contact us at retailecommerce@skibanff.com 

Our website uses integrated shipping. Your shipping rates and available types of shipping will auto populate before you checkout. The cost of shipping will be applied to your order total at checkout. If you are not seeing shipping options, please check to make sure you are within our shipping areas listed above. If shipping rates are still not populating, please contact retailecommerce@skibanff.com for assistance.  

It is not the responsibility of, nor is Sunshine Village liable for shipping delays. Items that are on back order will be indicated during the buying and checkout process. To ensure you receive the most cost-effective shipping, we hold the rest of your order until the backordered item(s) come in.  

Sunshine Village is not responsible for ensuring Canada Post estimated delivery dates/timelines/missing shipments. These dates/timelines are standardized internally through Canada Post and it does not take into consideration the location orders are being shipped from. Due to Sunshine's remote location, shipping and delivery dates/timelines are often longer than indicated. It is the responsibility of the Guest to contact Canada Post if their item is missing or does not arrive when the tracking number provided says otherwise. Banff Sunshine Village is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

Pickup Policy 

We do offer free pickup in two of our locations: Calgary Snow Central (Calgary, Alberta) and Bourgeau Sports (Base of Banff Sunshine Village Resort). If you choose to pickup, a member of our Ecommerce team will contact you when your order is ready. If you show up prior to being contacted, we cannot guarantee that your order will be ready when you arrive. Sometimes, a pickup is for our Calgary location but the product is in our Resort location. We need time to transport these items to be ready for pickup. 

Sunshine Village is not responsible for your decision to pickup your order prior to communication with our Ecommerce team.

Shipping and Pickup

Sunshine Village is a 7 day a week operation. Our staff work Holidays and weekends. Please be aware that when ordering near or during Holidays, completion times might be slower due to instore demand or external closures. Returns

 Banff Sunshine's Return & Exchange Policy   

At Banff Sunshine, we are on a mission to spread Canadian Rocky Mountain Love. It is our goal to turn every guest of Sunshine into a raving fan, which if you're reading this - THANK YOU for liking what we do. 

When it comes to your Sunshine Retail purchases, we want you to love it (almost) as much as first tracks off of Standish on a powder day. If not, let us know so we can assist you with an exchange or return. Regular-priced Items that are unused in a new condition (unwashed and with original tags on) will be accepted without question for an exchange or resort credit. 

To submit an item for return or exchange please contact us at retailshop@skibanff.com. Once we receive your return request we'll respond directly and provide you with a return/exchange authorization number. While we know, no one likes to wait (especially on a powder day) we kindly ask for your patience as a return may take up to 10 business days for us to process, once approved.

When exchanging, a price variance may be present. On the downhill side, if the item being exchanged is less than your purchased price you will be issued resort credit for the difference. On the uphill side, if the item being exchanged is more expensive you will be contacted to provide additional payment. 

* Please note items marked as FINAL SALE are exempt from our return or exchange policy

Online final sale items include, (but are not limited to): Face masks, Hand Sanitizer, Water Bottles, Custom Trail Signs, Lawn Flamingos, and Socks. 

How to Exchange or Return 

1. Visit "contact us" and fill out the contact form. If you're comfortable, overshare - let us know what's wrong with your purchase item and what you would like to do, ie.) return or exchange. Once we have the details, we'll respond and give you either a return or an exchange authorization number. 

2. A complimentary return label will be sent to you. Please package your item to ship and place the return label on the package. Mail us your package. 

3. Once received your resort credit or exchange will be processed. 

* Please note that only retail items purchased via this website (retail shop.skibanff.com) will be considered for an exchange or return.
