Our website uses integrated shipping. Your shipping rates and available types of shipping will auto populate before you checkout. The cost of shipping will be applied to your order total at checkout. Sunshine Village is not responsible for ensuring Canada Post or other courier services estimated delivery dates/timelines/missing shipments. These dates/timelines are standardized internally through couriers and it does not take into consideration the location orders are being shipped from. Due to Sunshine's remote location, shipping and delivery dates/timelines are often longer than indicated. It is the responsibility of the Guest to contact the respective courier if their item is missing or does not arrive when the tracking number provided says otherwise. Pickup Policy
We do offer free pickup in two of our locations: Calgary Snow Central (Calgary, Alberta) and Bourgeau Sports (Base of Banff Sunshine Village Resort). If you choose to pickup, a member of our Ecommerce team will contact you when your order is ready. If you show up prior to being contacted, we cannot guarantee that your order will be ready when you arrive. Sometimes, a pickup is for our Calgary location but the product is in our Resort location. We need time to transport these items to be ready for pickup.
Sunshine Village is not responsible for your decision to pickup your order prior to communication with our Ecommerce team.

How to measure:
To get the right fit, you will want to take a hoodie that fits the way you want your hoodie to fit, lay it flat, and measure across the chest from armpit to armpit. That will be the chest or width measurement. The length of the hoodie is measured from the highest point of the shoulder to the bottom hem of the shirt (HPS).

Athlete Bio:
Tyler lost both legs below the knee and sustained a traumatic back, pelvis, and brain injury due to a skydiving accident in 2017. It was a freak crash during an otherwise routine landing. He spent five days in a coma and years in rehab on painkillers, battling depression and addiction while confronting the loss of his legs, independence, and identity as an adventure sports athlete. Tyler's return to the snow and action sports is nothing short of remarkable. He is not only back to where he was before the accident, making multiple jumps a day as a skydiving instructor and pursuing and accomplishing monumental lifelong goals, but he has also gone above and beyond his previous heights. He won Canada’s first Paralympic gold medal in snowboard cross and a bronze medal in banked slalom in Beijing 2022 as well as being the three time back to back World Champion in snowboard cross. Recently, Tyler and his partner Kayleen finished runner up in CTV’s Amazing Race Canada. Through his lived experience he has learned what it takes to overcome adversity and redefined the meaning of resilience.
Artist Bio:
Angie Farquharson is the artist at KINDRED. With her partner, Evan Fair, they operate a custom snowboard and ski manufacturer with headquarters in Merville, BC, on Vancouver Island. Ange is a mixed media artist working in wood marquetry, drawing, digital print design, and paint. Through KINDRED she has created hundreds of unique commissioned pieces to suit individuals - illustrating their personal stories and facilitating expression on snow.
She believes in artwork as transportation, letting her imagination take her to incredible places! This particular design was born out of a partnership with Ty Turner leading up to his Paralympic Gold! We were stoked to support Ty’s journey by building him high performance race boards. When he qualified for the Paralympics we thought it would be slick to come up with a cohesive look for the team quiver. My memory is that Ty was taking a look through one of my sketchbooks. He saw the pen-drawn snowy tree and exclaimed, “that’s sick!” Fast forward a few years and I adapted the mountain and wave straight from that same series of drawings to create a dreamy landscape. Direct from the sketchbook is a liberating way for me to work as there was no endgame to the original. With no project or commission specifically in mind, it simply flowed from mind to page. In that way it really embodies the spirit of snowboarding!
