We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or an exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Only items purchased from retailshop.skibanff.com are eligible for online returns.

*Sunshine Village is not responsible for any return shipping cost, duties, or additional brokerage fees on orders. Once your return items are packaged, you will be asked to relay the package dimensions and we will then be able to quote you the return shipping cost. Once accepted, we will send you a direct payment link to purchase the return shipping label.
**Certain types of items cannot be returned. Online final sale items include, (but are not limited to): Art Prints, Face Masks, Hand Sanitizer, Water Bottles, Custom Trail Signs, Lawn Flamingos, and Socks.
***Items purchased in from our physical stores on resort or in Calgary AB are not eligible for online returns. They can be exchanged or returned in person during your next visit, so long as its falls under the 30 day return window.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note that if your country of residence is not Canada, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at retailecommerce@skibanff.com
